Article 6. Guild rank is based on an individual's merit
and the needs of the guild, not just on your character's level,
amount of time played, or RP's gained. We are a small guild and
want everyone to have an equal chance at increased responsibilies
whether you are a hardcore or casual player. We aim to accomodate
the many different playing styles as much as possible while avoiding
character-based requirements. However, character achievements will
be acknowledged and rewarded as appropriate since we want everyone
to grow and develop in the game.
