A group dedicated to fun, friendship, and cooperation. We are
not a strictly RvR Guild.*

Patient, friendly, helpful players, regardless of level or play

| The Foundation is looking for players: |
- Who try to help make the group experience more
fun.
- Who respect people (And say thanks at least).
- Who are not glory-hounds.
- Who are patient (Instead of "this xp sucks,
i'm leaving").
- Who are willing to listen to others' ideas.
- Who have a desire to help others and want to share
their ideas.
- Who feel like being treated as an individual and
not just part of the masses.
- Who don't want their acceptance based only on
what level they are or how long they've been playing MMORPGs.
- Who do not ruin the fun of others in the name of
"It's just a game".

| How we recruit: |
Ideally we would like all potential members
to explore who we are and read the 10
Rules of Conduct, before joining the Foundation. We feel
it's important that you check us out at the same time we are
checking you out.
- Members get to know you by grouping, crafting with you,
etc.
- If the recruiter likes you, you will be invited. Joining
is up to you.
- Recruiters are required
to point you to our site and the forums and ask you to
introduce yourself if you are interested in joining us.
However, recruiters are authorized to invite you immediately
after you make a decidedly favorable impression on them.
ATTENTION: You will NOT
be made a full member if you have not posted on the forums
with at least your name and class.

| Recruiting vs. Inviting: |
- Recruiting encourages the potential member to check
us out either by having them group with guild members or
checking out our website and forums. All Members are encouraged
to "recruit."
- Inviting follows if they agree to the charter and
wish to join us. During the initial development of the guild
only the leaders and the recruiters will be able to invite
people into the guild.

**The Foundation makes no distinction between
"casual" and "hardcore" players. All share
equal priveleges according to rank.
*This guild is not strictly a Realm vs. Realm guild. We are
a Hibernia guild with a focus on making sure our members are
having fun, in whatever style of play they wish to pursue be
it player vs. player, questing, crafting, or general grouping.
