Guild Charter of The Foundation

Rules of Conduct

Each member is an important human being. As a guild we agree to respect each other and their style of play, to conduct ourselves with maturity, to support our members and help those in need, to represent our guild with honor and dignity, to defend Hibernia from invaders to the best of our abilities, to support our Allies, and above all, to have fun.

The Rules

Rule #1: HAVE FUN!

Rule #2: Avoid behavior that prevents Rule #1 for others.

Rule #3: Be Helpful and Considerate. People notice.

Rule #4: Need Before Greed. If you don't need it, why keep it?

Rule #5: No personal attacks, this is a guild, not a political campaign. There is ZERO tolerance on this one. If you have a problem with someone or their opinion, think before you speak.

Rule #6: Try to be an active member. Visit the website frequently and attend meetings as often as you're able. Participation is highly encouraged, but not required. It is also the responsiblity for members to be as informed as possible about the goings-on in the guild.

Rule #7: Members must sponsor (and account for) the new members they invite. Their name, class, level, etc. should be posted in the Forums BEFORE they are invited in. We want to treat each member as an individual, not a number.

Rule #8: We are aware that the guild colors may clash with your chosen outfit, so you are not required to wear it while in the Realm, although you are definately encouraged to. However, please wear the guild emblem proudly on the battlefield. An exception to this are stealth classes who need darker colors for camoflauge purposes.

Rule #9: Please do NOT leave the guild without informing at least one of the guild leaders and/or announcing it on the website, ESPECIALLY if you're an officer!

Rule #10: Ham it up, people! Wisecracking, joking, and silliness are allowed and encouraged so long as it follows Rule #2 and does not break Rule #5. Humorous interacting makes online time less tedious and everyone can use a laugh every once in a while.
