Join Page, Recruitment Policy, and Rules of Conduct all updated for simplicity, readability. The process is explained quite clearly now. I also made various other litle fixes and tweaks. [Akarja on 7/4/02]

The About Us page is now online with a small history of how The Foundation was created.

The Links section is now up with plenty of links to satisfy your information-hunger. More will be added down the road.

Members section has been updated to match the current membership.

The Library page side menu has been updated with some new future links and in image map to browse the selections has been included as well (note: a better-looking library created in 3D will replace the one currently online).

The Gallery section is up now with the Screenshot of the Week page and the site menu has been updated with more listings for more content.

The Foundation chooses it's Emblem!

At 11:25pm, the members of The Foundation gathered in the town hall of Tir Na Nog and recieved the guild symbol they had chosen.

We have worked hard and sacrificed for a week to get these, wear them proudly and bring them, and the guild, honor.

Alliance Page is up, Forums are active!

The Alliance forums are now open. All alliance members are invited to say hello to your comrades in arms. To post, you will need to register, but registration is easy and free. The Alliance section is up on the site also. Please take a moment to see who our new comrades are. More information will follow. Also, I've done some more "behind the scenes" work to allow our site to grow in a flexible manner. :)

Emblem Submissions!

We're close to having enough money for an emblem!

Each member submit one or two choices for guild emblem on the boards. A survey thread will be created once the choices are in.

Submission deadline is Monday morning, June 24, at 12:01am.

Simply describe the symbol, cloak pattern, and colors you like on the forums (a thread has been created for this). If you wish, you may also explain why you like what you chose.

The Foundation has allied with Defenders of Rivendell!

On June 13, in the early morning, The Foundation entered a new alliance with Defenders of Rivendell and it's companion guilds. A section dedicated to this alliance will be up soon. Alliance forums have also been created on the discussion boards. Click here for more information.

For those of you who are here to learn more about us, welcome! Please read the charter (esp. Rules of Conduct) to find out about who we are. If you find yourself in agreement with our principles, please post to the message boards or see one of the officers in-game for an invite to the guild. We look forward to welcoming you to the group! To our current members - let's all take some time to look for good potential members, and spread the word about The Foundation. Together, we will make this the kind of guild we all want it to be.

Brieal/Livid Promoted to Commander!

This evening, Brieal/Livid was promoted from the rank of Knight to Commander. This brings the total number of officers for The Foundation to four, providing better coverage of leadership for players who are online.

Foundation Forums now up (using Mazevo service)

Please register with Mazevo so you can post on the boards. Being able to post on the boards will become a requirement for advancement (and a sign that you are involved) - I mean, how else will you be able to apply for open admin/officer positions or vote on key guild issues that affect you, the member! =)

Also please be patient as the boards will be adjusting while we figure out the best way to mesh them with our current and future needs.
